Education is the all-round development. In our society, there are several institutions like economics, politics, religion and education. These four basic institutions are the basic and interrelated to each other. Though education is only institution which enhances economical sustainability in our family and society. Education can support and assist the backward, needy and voiceless people by teaching, learning and training. So, an educated person is more competent and well-trained about his or her everyday activities as he or she has developed his or her human resources by teaching and training. An individual has developed his knowledge, skill, efficiency, workability and competences. This type of developmental role of education is enhancing sustainability in family and society. Thus, human resource management and human resource development both are purely dependent on our education process except education no one can live a sustainable life in his or her family and society. Though the term sustainability, is ultimately associated with economics but education is root of any kind of sustainability. So, education is not enhancing only economical sustainability rather it enhances social sustainability as well as all-round development.
