Abstract:

Abstract: This study explores the importance of Sarada Devi’s teachings within contemporary educational contexts, highlighting their potential to address the challenges of modern education. Sarada Devi, a prominent figure in the Ramakrishna tradition, emphasizes the integration of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual growth, which aligns with current educational movements prioritizing holistic development and moral education. The research incorporates a qualitative approach, utilizing documentary, thematic, and narrative analysis to examine her life, writings, and philosophy. Findings disclose key themes such as the cultivation of spiritual intelligence, mindfulness in education, compassionate leadership, and community engagement, which  together provide a revolutionary framework for educators. By embedding Sarada Devi’s principles, educators can encourage environments that promote not only academic success but also emotional resilience, ethical leadership, and social responsibility. The study emphasizes the importance of creating learning spaces where students feel valued and supported, and emphasizes the enduring relevance of Sarada Devi’s vision in shaping a more compassionate, balanced, and inclusive educational landscape. Ultimately, her teachings deliver a roadmap for educators to nurture well-rounded individuals equipped to navigate the complexities of modern society with empathy and integrity.
